A very easy to make recipe. Tasted much like a homemade Ranch. I reduced the amount of tarragon because I dont like it much, but I also added pepper and used mayo instead of yoghurt. my family loved the result as a veggie dip.

A little high in fat for my taste, but good flavor on fish or even salads.

I made this to accompany beef fondue, and it was great! I wound up putting it on everything I could think of for the rest of the week!

We enjoyed this very much. It was slightly tart, herby, and was wonderful as a salad dressing. I just recently found out I like tarragon, so I was happy to find a dressing that uses it! Thanks so much for posting your recipe, we will have it again for sure!
