Another healthy dressing.
- 59.14 ml low fat cottage cheese
- 44.37 ml buttermilk
- 14.79 ml parsley, chopped
- 0.59 ml salt (optional)
- 7.39 ml cider vinegar
- 0.59 ml hot red pepper sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced (or 2, if you like)
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Process until mixture is smooth.
- Store tightly covered and refrigerated.
Excellent - I am eating a low carb diet and this really makes all those salads palatable.
