- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4.92 ml salt
- 59.14 ml anchovy paste
- 118.29 ml tarragon vinegar
- 532.32 ml mayonnaise
- 236.59 ml sour cream
- 236.59 ml fresh parsley, chopped
- 118.29 ml chives, chopped (freeze dried is fine too)
directions
- Crush garlic with salt and combine with anchovies and vinegar.
- Combine mayo and sour cream and blend both mixtures together.
- Chill very well. Stays refigerated a good week or so.
