This recipe came from Eggface's website. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
- 8 ounces water or 4 ounces soymilk and 4oz water
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)
- 1 tablespoon sugar free pistachio pudding mix
- 2 ice cubes
- Place water in blender, add protein then remaining ingredients.
- Blend on low, then high until well blended.
