This is a healthy yummy breakfast. Try to use organic avocado - it makes a huge difference.

Directions

  1. Start cooking the sausage over medium high heat.
  2. In the meantime, beat the eggs with paprika, salt and black pepper.
  3. Start sauteing the frozen spinach in a separate pan over medium high heat.
  4. When the spinach is almost cooked, add the egg mixture and dixed avocado.
  5. Scramble the eggs, avocado and spinach to the desired texture.
  6. Sprinkle with the dried dill and serve with the cooked sausage.
