Green Curry Paste

I needed a green curry paste for a recipe that I was making and this is what I came up with. I do not know for sure if it is what you would call authentic, but it will work in a pinch if you are like me and can not find it on the shelf of you grocery store.

• Prep Time: 10 mins
• Cook Time: 0 mins

Ingredients:

Serves: 6

Yield: 6.0 1/2 cups

• 4 anaheim chilies
• 1 serrano chili pepper
• 2 green onions
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon garam masala, seasoning
• 1/2 teaspoon chai seasoning
• 2 -3 tablespoons water

Directions:

1. Roast chilies over high heat until they just start to turn brown.
2. Add all ingredients to blender and puree on high.
3. You may need to add more or less water to get the consistency that you prefer.
4. Use in any recipe.
