A delicious recipe from one of my church cookbooks
- 1 lb white fish fillet, cut into 4 pieces
- 1 cup green chili salsa
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup shredded longhorn cheese
- Simmer fish in salsa, covered for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes.
- Serve with sour cream and cheese.
