A great variation of classic spinach artichoke dip. The green chilies give it a little kick without the heat.


  1. Combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise and Parmesan.
  2. Drain artichokes and dice. Add to cream cheese mixture.
  3. Add green chilies.
  4. Add spices.
  5. Stir until well combined.
  6. Heat, if desired.
  7. *Note: Add Parmesan according to taste. You may want to omit any salt as Parmesan and artichokes are salty.
