- 425.24 g can cream-style corn or 467.76 g can cream-style corn
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 29.58 ml fresh chives, chopped
- 113.39 g can diced green chilies, drained
- 56.69 g pimientos, chopped
- 118.29 ml ham, chopped
- 709.77 ml chicken broth or 709.77 ml chicken bouillon
- 236.59 ml milk or 236.59 ml light cream
- 236.59 ml monterey jack cheese, shredded (4 ounces)
directions
- In slow cooker, combine all ingredients except milk/cream and cheese.
- Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours or until.
- potatoes are tender.
- Stir in milk or cream.
- Reheat, if desired.
- Serve in individual bowls; sprinkle with shredded cheese.
