The flavor of these were delicious! I had a little trouble in my assembly, but I have talked to the Chef and she said to make certain that your dough is cold and to pinch the ends together after slicing them, but before rolling them in the crumbs. I will try that next time I make them. I am also going to refrigerate them before slicing them as mine were squashed so they weren't much to look at! I used an 8 ounce block of cream cheese and 1 can of green chilies. I loved the taste, so I will try this again. A big 5 stars for this kcdelong!
I had assembly trouble as well, but who cares how something looks if it's yummy! Even though they weren't completely sealed the cheese didn't leak out like I thought they would. I made these to go along with some tortilla soup and we had plenty of leftovers as 1 or 2 are enough. They freeze well and you can reheat them in the microwave. Thanks!

These were really good. I made them a day ahead into the 4 rolls, then the next day sliced them and put the breading on. Which was very easy with them cold. I also added a little bit of the taco seasoning into the cream cheese. They were good. Mine did take longer to cook though, about 30 minutes.
