Green Beans with Garlic Butter

Goes well with beef or pork.


  1. Cook beans according to package directions.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine butter, garlic and pepper.
  3. Drain beans; place in serving bowl.
  4. Add butter mixture; toss to coat evenly.
  5. Serve immediately.

Cooked fresh beans 10 minutes in water to cover them, drained, added garlic chopped in melted butter. Superb!

We used fresh green beans and doubled the garlic. Even with the extra garlic, everyone felt it needed more. But we are a family of garlic lovers.
