Tender green beans with a yummy cashew sauce. This recipe is made in minutes. Especially if you have the frozen green beans already washed and trimmed. I halved the recipe for my family, so the yield/serving amounts are a guess.

Made this for Sunday dinner along with Show-off Roast Pork #41426 and Timberlodge's Lumberjack Hashbrowns #128501. My DH loved the whole dinner. I have trouble getting him to eat his vegatables, but he had a second helping (which included finishing the whole pan) of the green beans. Unheard of for him. Thanks.

  1. Steam green beans until tender, drain and set aside in saucepan. In a skillet (small), sauté cashews and butter on low heat for 5 minutes (watch closely, you don't want to burn the cashews).
  2. Add honey and cook 1 more minute, stirring constantly. Pour over beans and toss to coat.
