  • Olive oil in a pan & let heat.
  • Put in crushed garlic & anchovy fillets.
  • Add green beans & peeled/chopped tomatoes & stir.
  • Let simmer for a little bit 5 min then add red wine vinegar and let sit for another 5 minute
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve as a side dish or over spinach.

Love Food but restrict my eating to ONLY lean meats & vegetables! No fruits, sugars of any kind, dairy, wheat, grain, gluten, nuts, etc...for me!!!
