  1. in skillet heat oil for topping
  2. add garlic
  3. add bread cubes fry until golden
  4. take out
  5. dust with grated cheese
  6. add onion and celery and butter
  7. add garlic
  8. add herbs
  9. add green beans that you have thawed in microwave ( they said boil until tender then drain well )
  10. top with croutons.

This was a very good way to make green beans. I actually used fresh beans from my garden that I microwaved and I also used fresh herbs because I had them on hand. I will certainly make these again. DH loved them also.
