    Directions:

      Place beans in a large pot, covering with water. Boil for 5-7 minutes. Drain.
    2. 2
      Heat oil in skillet. Add onion and garlic, sauteeing until garlic turns golden.
    3. 3
      Add tomatoes and beans and cook 2-3 minutes, tossing to coat beans with other ingredients. Transfer to serving bowl, tossing with vinegar and seasoning with salt and pepper to tase.

      Enjoy.
