Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 2 -3 pears, peeled,cored,and cut thickly

Directions

  1. steam together for 6 minutes, until beans are tender.
  2. or just cover with water and boil.
  3. then drain.
  4. cool and puree.
