  1. My DH loved these green beans and carrots, I liked them too but found them a little sweet for me. I will make them again but would use a little teriyaki sauce, loved the sesame seeds, nice finish.

  2. First time I had teriyaki sauce on vegetables, it was delicious. I steamed them and then sauteed them in a little sesame oil. They tasted wonderful with the toasted sesame seeds. Thank you Cricket for sharing!

  3. YUM!!! Made it almost exactly like said, but with steamed veggies instead of boiled. Added a touch of garlic too. Thanks for sharing!!!

  4. Quick & easy & delicious. Just how I like it. I used my Pampered Chef microwave steamer gizmo instead of boiling for about 7 minutes & all was perfect. Made for PAC 9/06. Thanks Cricket*!

  5. I loved the combination of green beans and carrots. The green beans were baby French green beans and instead of cutting them, I left them whole and cut the carrots to match the length of the beans. I cook the beans and carrots until crisp tender in the microwave and then poured the sauce over. The sesame seeds were lightly toasted. The only thing I might add would be a touch of honey to the sauce.
