This is great for summer or anytime you have fresh ingredients! Vary the cheese for very different effect.
- 226.79 g green beans, frenched (sometimes shaved with a peeler, or just cut lengthways)
- 0 red onion, sliced very thin
- 2 radishes, sliced very thin
- 59.14 ml kalamata olive, chopped
- 118.29 ml feta, crumbled (try blue for a change or your favorite)
- 44.37 ml lemon juice (go wild and go lime)
- kosher salt
- black pepper
- Wisk all the dressing ingredients in a bowl large enough for everything.
- Throw all the slaw ingredients in a bowl and toss.
