This was a very good salad. I used Extra Virgin Olive Oil and omitted the tomatoes as they are not my fave! This was very yummy and filling! I snuck a bite this morning morning while it was cold (made it last night and carried it this morning) and it is great cold as well! Thanks for posting! Made for Holiday Tag 2009!

  1. To make Vinaigrette: Combine all the ingredients in a frying pan and warm over low heat.
  2. Add the chicken to vinaigrette and gently warm through.
  3. Blanch the beans in boiling water for 4-6 minutes.
  4. Drain the beans and add to the pan with the tomatoes.
  5. Romove from heat , stir in the cheese and toss lightly.
