Yummy! I've tried yogurt pancakes before and not been impressed, but these were very tasty and the whole family enjoyed them. I doubled the recipe, used a 16 oz container of vanilla Greek yogurt. Served with homemade honey syrup which nicely complimented the yogurt tang. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

I tried these pancakes with all purpose flour, and self raising flour, they were delicious with both. I don't know if I made them any healthier, but I then tried them with 3 tablespoons whole wheat flour and 4 tablespoons buckwheat flour, and changed the sugar to 2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute and added 1 teaspoon vanilla instead of 1/2. They were absolutely delicious topped with sliced banana and sugar free maple syrup. Excellent recipe Boomette. Thank you.

I'd never tried Greek yogurt in pancakes before, but I definitely will again because these were delicious!! We had them for brunch last weekend and they went down a treat! I topped them with some more Greek yogurt, fresh berries and maple syrup; they were amazing!

These pancakes are so yummy, but a little salty. I made a few changes. I used Chobani Greek yogurt with blueberries on bottom, truvia instead of sugar (one packet equals two tsp of sugar), and a little less salt. They were still a little salty, so next time I will only use half of the salt the recipe calls for. Overall, very delicious!

These were kinda salty for me but they were soft and had good texture. I used coconut creme flavored Greek yogurt with coconut chunks and pan fried it in coconut oil too. It was good despite the saltiness. I'll be sure to add less salt next time.

This is my favorite pancake recipe. I make these every weekend! I love that they are packed with protein from the Greek yogurt. Sometimes I add in berries or dark chocolate, but I love the hint of tartness they have as is. You don't need to top these with syrup. Thanks for sharing!

It's my first time trying the greek yogurt variation of pancakes and after following this recipe.. mine were sooo awful. Maybe its just that I'm not accustomed to the greek yogurt pancakes.. but I didn't like it.

Delicious but on what planet does this recipe make 12 pancakes? I got about 7 very small pancakes out of it.

Wow! These are the best! They turned out perfect and I love the protein they provide. I used to make some pancakes with cottage cheese run through the blender, but these are much easier. They even taste great eaten right out of your hand without any toppings. I just bought some more greek yogurt so I can make them again. Thanks for posting!

Made these with Light Blueberry Sauce from food.com, really good together! I'm not sure why the recipe states not to worry about making sure it is all combined well...kinda weird. I stirred mine together until thoroughly mixed and they turned out great. They seem to stick with you longer than regular pancakes.
