You are correct, Debster, this is a great sandwich. The flavors are from Greece, and we thoroughly enjoy it. Easy to prepare, and no cooking. It tasted fresh and delightful. Thanks for posting a great recipe. It will be made again in this house.

What a yummy sandwich. We had some left-over grilled chicken breasts. Very easy and we liked the garlic mixed in with the mayo. Simple, no-fuss, just the way a sandwich should be. Thanks Debster

This was just OK in my book but I take much of the blame since I used a whole wheat bun instead of italian bread, and that seemed to make a big difference. But I liked the garlic mayo; it was a nice touch!

Fabulous. I used French bread and I think it was too much bread for the sandwich. Other wise these took me back to Santorini. I did not use lettuce and added cucumber slices. That was how we had it on our honeymoon in Greece!
