  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Combine crumbs, 3 TB oil, parsley, zest, and salt in a bowl; set aside.
  3. Saute onion in 2 TB oil in large cast iron skillet or oven proof pan over med-heat. Cook until soft 2-3 minute.
  4. Add garlic and saute another minute. Stir in tomatoes and thyme, simmer 2 min, then add beans, broth, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a simmer, sprinkle crumbs over beans, then transfer pan to the oven. Bake until beans are bubbly and crumbs are crisp, 20 minute.
