Greek Spinach Dip

- 1⁄2 cup feta cheese
- 1 1⁄4 cups plain yogurt
- 10 ounces spinach, frozen chopped thawed and squeezed dry
- 1⁄2 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons dill, fresh chopped
- 2 teaspoons lemon peel, fated
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
directions
- Mash cheese in a bowl. Stir in yogurt, spinach, green onions, dill, lemon peel and salt.
- Mix well.
- Serve at room temperature.
- Can be refrigerated for 2 days.
