ingredients

• 4 tablespoons Greek oregano
• 6 teaspoons fennel seeds (optional)
• 6 teaspoons dried lemon grass
• 3⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon dried garlic

directions

1. combine spices, coarse or fine, bottle and label.
2. When using in salad dressing recipe, mix 1 TB seasoning mix with 1 TB water let stand for 5 min.
3. Then compine with remaining dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables.
