Great spice. I added a tsp of mint, and doubled the salt. Then ground it up in a spice mill. Rubbed it on Pork Tenderloin that I baked for 45 min at 375, and it was awesome!!!! Like my wife didn't speak over dinner because our mouths were full awesome.

Cavender's Greek Seasoning but without all the nasty ingredients: MSG, beef bouillon, etc. I've been using your copycat recipe for a long time and am finally giving it the respect it deserves by reviewing it. The ingredients (except for thyme which we don't like) are whirled in a spice mill then transferred to a spice bottle. Thanks for posting!
