Great appetizer. Serve with tortilla chips. It's best to use rubber gloves when handling hot peppers.
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 ounces green chilies, seeded and minced
- 1 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup corn (canned is fine)
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup Italian dressing
- 1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1⁄4 cup black olives, well drained and chopped
- Place all ingredients in a bowl; toss lightly to blend.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
