This is one of my favorite dressings. I put it on almost any salad. It looks like a lot but it is fairly simple.
- combine all ingredients and refridgerate at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
I made Greek tortellini pasta salad with this dressing. It was great over all of the veggies and tortellini. I did cut down on the oil and used olive instead of vegetable, but other than that, no changes. Thanks!
