Directions

  1. Combine the first seven ingredients in a salad bowl.
  2. Toss with a wooden spoon.
  3. Pour dressing over the salad just before serving.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Toss once again.
  6. Serve with croutons.
