Directions

  1. Combine all dressing ingredients except salt and pepper.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper if desired; let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Combine all salad ingredients in large bowl; toss with dressing.

This is definitely a keeper. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that IMHO the amounts are off. For 2 people, 1/2 head of romaine is plenty. This recipe made TONS of salad, so I tripled the ingredients for the dressing and it worked out perfectly. What a wonderful change from regular garden or caesar salad. Thanks for posting!
