This salad is delisious. Add dressing just before serving though, as it will get soggy sitting over a period of time. Excellent with bbqed steak or ribs.

  1. Place prepared vegies in salad bowl(11 ingredients). Add Cheese, salt, pepper and salad dressing and toss lightly. Sprinkle with oregano and chill one hour.

  3. Mix all 7 ingredients together for the dressing and toss with the salad greens.
