Oh my goodness!!! These are wonderful. I used boneless country pork ribs and while I wasn't able to marinate them 8 hours, I pierced them with a meat fork and used my marinating container from my vacuum sealer. I was a little concerned about the mustard powder (because I'm not a mustard fan) but I couldn't even taste it. Will definitely make this again. Thanks for posting this Brookelynne. Made for New Kids on the Block Tag.

Ingredients Nutrition

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first nine ingredients; add the pork. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Drain and discard marinade. Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. Grill pork, covered, over medium heat about 4 - 6 minutes per side, or until just cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
