Pasta
- 2 (907.18 g) package spiral shaped pasta
- 1 bunch green onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 English cucumber
- 2 (453.59 g) container cherry tomatoes, halved
- 226.79 g thin sliced salami
- 340.19 g pitted kalamata olives
- 170.09 g feta cheese
- 59.14 ml packed fresh basil

Dijon Vinaigrette
- 354.88 ml olive oil
- 118.29 ml vinegar
- 59.14 ml water
- 88.74 ml Dijon mustard
- 1 yellow onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 14.79 ml sugar
- salt and pepper
directions
- Boil pasta according to directions al dente.
- Drain and run under cold water.
- In a food processor with slicer attachment, thinly slice green onions, bell peppers and cucumber.
- In food processor, chop kalamata olives.
- Slice salami into thin strips.
- Combine all salad ingredients except basil and toss with vinaigrette. Gently slice basil and sprinkle on top of finished salad.
- For Dijon Vinaigrette:.
- Add all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth.
