This recipe is so simple and is easily adapted to suit your favorite vegetables or salad dressing or pasta.
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 large cucumber, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup Greek salad dressing
- Cook orzo or other pasta according to directions.
- Rinse pasta in cold water. Return to pot.
- Mix in chopped vegetables and cooked chicken breast.
- Stir in salad dressing.
- Serve chilled.
