  2. cook on the basic cycle.
  3. add olives before the end of the first kneading cycle, or at the beep.

Good texture, great flavor. I did add a teaspoon of dried oregano and it was nice with the other flavors in the bread. It is a soft bread and I had to be gentle cutting it. Thanks Chia!

mighty tasty bread! Used the dough with raisin setting on my ABM & then shaped the dough into 2 long loaves & baked at 400 degrees for 30 minutes - lovely! Added a T of "Italian Herbs" tot he dough too. TY for the keeper chia!

I do not have a bread machine, so I baked this as a normal loaf in my oven. Mixing the bread ingredients before adding the olives was very difficult because it was so dry. Once the main ingredients were mixed I added the olives and it was beautiful dough. Remember to heat the olives to room temperature first. I let the dough rise three times total. Baked it at 415 degrees F. (my hot oven) for 25 min. and it made a wonderful light bread. This is a fantastic recipe! We are making room in the freezer for more loaves! Susan Barth -- Fergus
