  1. i only marinated the chicken for 4 hrs...i'll do it for longer next time...while broiling the chicken i simmered the marinade until the onions were tender...poured that over steamed carrots and red potatoes...good flavor

  2. This is really great! I marinated a whole chicken (cut up) and then grilled in a rotisserie basket. Chicken had great flavor. I used fresh thyme and oregano since I have it growing in the yard.

  3. We used this marinade on boneless skinless chicken breasts then cooked on the grill. Very moist and tender chicken with a fantastick flavor! Marinaded for about 4 hours. Great recipe! Thanks for sharing.

  4. So glad I used this marinade for my Greek dinner...the best grilled porkchops ever, melt in your mouth and flavour that doesn't quit. Used half an onion instead of a whole. I marinaded for 6-7 hours. Thanks cruzzo!

I love to cook and am always looking for new, tasty recipes. I usually find myself cooking Italian food with lots of garlic and wine but love to experiment with all sorts of ethnic food. <br>I grew up in a house where we always ate together as a family. My kids are very young (4 and 2)but I am trying to recreate that in my own family now.
