    Directions:

      Cook pasta just underdone; drain.

      Mix in spinach.

      In a blender add milk, feta cheese, and nutmeg; blend.

      In skillet add butter, garlic, and green onion; saute.

      Add flour; brown; add blender mixture; add cheeses; melt.

      Pour over noodles; toss.

      Put in a greased casserole.

      Bake, covered, in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 1 hour.

      Uncover last 15 minutes; bake until done.
