The quickest, easiest fish dish I have prepared yet. My boyfriends loved it. I didn't have blackened seasoning, so I just put some ground pepper and garlic powder. I was sure to use fresh parsley as well, which probably helped a lot. I can't imagine if I had fresh oregano as well for it. Delicious!

  1. Put Olive Oil on a piece of grouper.
  2. Add some blackened seasoning and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. To make the sauce, blend the remaining ingredients together, put them over fish, and serve.
