This is a great recipe. My family loves it. I double the recipe and fish to feed my lot of 5. Very easy and great tasting.
This makes fabulous tasting fish! We really enjoyed this recipe. I left out the oil and cooked the fish, in the dish with the sauce, under the broiler rather than heat up the whole oven. Great!

I tried this with fresh haddock instead of flounder and it is just delicious. I love the combination of flavors, especially the lemon and oregano. A nice lift from the ordinary and not so hard on the calories either. Thanks, Dancer^!
Couldn't be better: Low fat, low carb, low effort, great taste. I cooked 1 1/2 lbs of fish hoping for leftovers. My husband ate it all. The sauce was plenty, even for the extra amount of fish. I will definitely make this again.
I really wanted to like this but didn't. The flounder I bought was very fishy tasting but we were also not fans of the seasoning.
This was quick and easy, but we probably won't make it again. No one in the house had eaten flounder before, and we really didn't care for the fish itself, but the seasoning was pretty good... Might try again if I am brave enough to try flounder again... as I did buy the cheap stuff this time. The fish we had was quite "fishy" tasting...
All I had on hand was limes and red wine vinegar. It was very good. The kids enjoyed it. :) Hope to try it again soon with lemons and balsamic.
This was super quick and easy to make on a weeknight with things I usually have on hand. The flavor was fine; not especially wonderful but a good solid dinner.
We had this for dinner tonight. It was good. It was a change from how we usually fix fish. It was nice, but not our favorite recipe. It was light and Italian. Thanks for posting it.
