  1. Delicious Boomie, just delicious, always looking for other ways to use greek sheep feta, so yummy. The dip was great, loads of flavor with a hint of heat, perfect. Made exactly as written. I also roasted my own sweet red pepper for a lovely burst of fresh flavor. Served with simple tostitos for a lovely afternoon snack. Thanks for sharing this treat.

  2. This was really easy to whip up and once chilled to blend flavors was great. I went to my jar of roasted bells and they had expired, so I threw out the jar and made this without them. I halved the recipe, just blending with a fork, and served with celery sticks. Made for a great appetizer. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

  3. Mmmmm, what a creamy, thick and yummy dip! I really enjoyed the sweetness of the roasted bell pepper in combination with the salty feta cheese. The chives added a lovely touch of flavour, too. YUM, I will definitely make this again! I too left out the oil and roasted a bell pepper myself. THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing yet another easy to make and sure to please recipe with us, Boomie! Made and reviewed for Everyday Is A Holiday Tag Game June 2010.

  4. Yummo! Because I used light sour cream as well I took on board JanuaryBride's advice and didn't add olive oil, however roasted a red pepper myself and rubbed with a grenerous quantity of olive oil before roasting to get some of extra flavour in. Really bursting with flavour, loved that hint of cayenne!

  5. A nice feta dip! Very pretty in color. I used light sour cream and next time I will not add the oil since the light version of the sour cream was already runny enough. Served with pita chips and snap peas. Made for Hercules Kids Challenge for ZWT6, Team SSaSSy.
