I've been making this salad for some time and it always gets rave reviews. I usually stuff a pita with this salad and some hummus together. Mmmmmm.

I have made this several times now and am just getting around to posting a review. I find myself using this often with the produce from a summer garden. I have subbed whole black olives if that was what I had on hand. Terrific recipe Bunny!

Very tasty salad. I know oregano is a key ingredient to Greek salads, but I don't care for it, so I left it out and added basil instead. A definite keeper of a recipe. Thanks for sharing it.

A lovely light salad which I enjoyed tonight. It went together quickly and tasted great! Thanks!

A deliciously refreshing summer salad. Just loved the lemony flavour. I didn't peel my cucumber as the Lebanese cucumbers I always buy don't need peeling (or seeding). I doubled the number of kalamata olives and left them whole, and I added feta just before serving. A fabulous side dish to grilled or BBQd meats or a flavoursome stand alone salad (which is how I enjoyed mine) with crusty bread. Thank you, Bunny Mom, for sharing another wonderful recipe.

I'm so pleased with this salad. We made Greek lettuce wraps out of this. I added a jar of artichoke hearts, drained, doubled the olives and used about 1/2 cup of feta. It was a nice, light side to the grilled chicken we had (marinated in a greek dressing).
