- 4 chicken breasts
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 and place chicken in baking dish.
- Combine remainder of ingredients and pour over top of chicken breast.
- Bake chicken 35-40 minutes or until done.* ( You can substitute Greek seasoning for the oregano and rosemary if you choose)& you can also grill this chicken on the barbeque.Serve with tsatsiki dip to dip your chicken into. Enjoy!
We were not fans of this recipe. Felt the same results in flavor would have been achieved by dumping a bottle of Italian salad dressing on the chicken. Will not be making again.
Made this tonight to serve with a Greek salad. Simply amazing for a 40-minute dish. We eat a lot at a local Greek restaurant, and the flavors in this dish rivaled the taste of the souvlaki at our favorite haunt..
