Greek Bread

- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 -2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 cup green onion (optional)
- 1⁄4 cup black olives (optional)
directions
- Cut long loaf of bread in half.
- Butter both halves.
- Combine mayo, garlic and mozzarella.
- Spread onto two halve.
- Sprinkle with green onions and olives if desired.
- Bake at 350 degrees, for about 20 minutes.
- Slice and Serve.
- You can cut before the mixture is on, to minimize the mess.

I live on a cattle farm in a rural part of Missouri. I am originally from the St. Louis area. I teach high school students. I love to cook, and EAT. I have a 2yr old son, and he loves the kitchen as much as I do. I love just about any dish with cream cheese in it. I'm known for my clean-out the kitchen recipes. If I had more time, I would watch Rachel Ray and cooking shows all day, but work and a child don't allow much of that.
