- 946.36 ml romaine lettuce, washed, chopped
- 236.59 ml spinach, washed, chopped
- 425.24 g can beets, sliced, drained
- 59.14 ml walnuts, chopped
- 118.29 ml feta cheese
- 118.29 ml vinaigrette dressing, Greek
directions
- Put greens on plate.
- Add beets.
- Add walnuts.
- Add feta cheese,
- Pour dressing over.

Simple and delicious - what more could you ask for! I used fresh lettuce and beets from the garden, which really added to the freshness of the flavor! In order to adapt this to a Vegan diet, I simply substituted Vegan feta crumbles in place of the regular feta cheese. Tasted just as good!
