Wonderful, flavorful beef kebabs!! I scaled it back to serve 2, putting all the meat on skewers and the veggies on their own skewers, as I find the veggies don't get cooked enough when cooked on the beef skewers. I did sub top sirloin steak and served these with Greek Farmers Green Salad and baked potatoes for a wonderful meal!! Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for ZWT9.
These came out tender, juicy, and full of flavor. I marinated closer to 4 hours.

Excellent! I was only able to marinate these for less than an hour, but they were so flavorful! My niece said she could smell the marinade all the way into the living room, and couldn't wait to try them. They did not disappoint! I did this for the zwt9 competition and it was fabulous flavor!!!!!!! will definitely become a staple meal for the summer!!!easy to prepare and a very laid back dining experience with the flavor of fine dining thank you for a great recipe...no problem with any of the instructions
This was made pretty much as written. We have some wonderful kabob baskets and there was enough ingredients to fill 4 which is equivalent to the skewers called for in the recipe. This made an excellent dinner served with Garden Salad - Mediterranean Style and Rice With Pine Nuts. Made for ZWT9.
Made these for lunch, using extra virgin olive oil, white vidalla onions in place of the red onions, and a green pepper, replacing the red pepper. Worked out well on the grill, though it is raining here, great nice flavorful marinade, the meat was nice, and tender too. I grilled each side for 2 minutes 15 seconds , but others may want to cook the 3 minutes as I tend to over load my barbecue with charcoal. Made for a nice weekend lunch.
