  • Cook beef in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high about 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until brown; drain.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients except yogurt.
  • Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
  • Cover and simmer about 12 minutes, stirring frequently, until liquid is absorbed and pasta is tender.
  • Serve with yogurt.

  1. this was nice and easy, and delicious for a quick meal. i added a diced vidalia onion, some fresh rosemary and fresh oregano. chopped beef never tasted so good.
     
  2. I also added some onion and oregano for a little extra flavor. I served in pitas and topped with the yogurt and a little feta cheese. This made a delicious, quick and easy dinner.
