    Directions:

      Sauté the onion with oil and sauté the uncooked rice with it then add chicken broth, saffron and salt cook over low heat until the excess water evaporates and rice is done then add all ingredients above ( peas, bell pepper, mushroom, corn) at the end pour melted butter over the rice and serve.
