Grecian Shrimp over Pasta

"I love shrimp and am always on the lookout for new ways to prepare it. If you need a recipe for the white sauce, I suggest using recipe #21301 as it's the exact recipe that I use in making white sauce. I suggest serving this with a Greek salad and bread."

  1. Excellent recipe. I doubled it as my BF likes to eat a lot and then try to take leftovers and I wanted to make sure there were leftovers for me for lunch tomorrow!! I always look forward to leftovers at work and this is no exception, I can't wait to eat it again. I will definitely be adding this to my list of go to recipes when I want to impress someone, or even treat myself!

  2. When I noticed this recipe up in the Community Forums, I couldn't wait to make it, and I surely was not dissapointed, this is a wonderful recipe for shrimp! I used my own recipe for white sauce (hope you don't mind DG!) I also used fresh basil and increaed all of the seasonings to taste, SO SO SO delicious! this deserves more than 5 stars, thanks for sharing Dreamgoddess, my DH loved this for his late lunch today!...Kitten:)

  4. This recipe got the highest compliment possible--DS took the leftovers home with him. I used dehydrated shitake mushrooms and a seasoning blend for the tarragon and thyme. Not having feta cheese, I topped if off with Gorgonzola and served it on top of angel hair pasta. This will definitely be a repeat in our house.

  5. This is excellent! I made as posted except I left out the tomato since I didn't have any. It is very flavorful and very rich ~ I was afraid I wouldn't have enough for 3 big eaters and there was plenty. I served over angel hair pasta with the feta and it was perfect. Thanks for posting such a great recipe!
