This was a nice creamy potato salad, slightly sweet with a little tang as well. The celery in it gave some nice variation in textures. I didn't know if the potatoes should be peeled or unpeeled, but was not able to get in touch with Inez to find out before I had to boil the potatoes, so I went with peeled. Come to find out Inez leaves the skins on, so I should have followed my heart rather than the logic of my brain. It was good without the skins on, but I think it will be even better next time with the skins on. Thanks for sharing this recipe Inez!!!

This salad turned out fantastic! DH and our dinner guests praised it as well. I followed the recipe exactly. Easy to prepare, and it went great with barbecued baby-back ribs and deviled eggs! Another recipe to keep. Thanks Nezz!

This was a great tasting potato salad and was good to have something different than the usual white potato salad. A keeper

Fabulous potato salad. I made my Dad's fried chicken tonight along with this salad. Very creamy. The only thing I changed was to add fresh garlic instead of the powder. Thank you for a wonderful recipe. I will definitely be making this again.
