Great Meatballs (For Anything)

"These are just a generic meatball. When you scan the ingredients, it doesn't look like much, but they are delicious. You can make them, cook them, and freeze them. Then take them out of the freezer for anything that requires a meatball. Yes! even spaghetti. They don't look like Italian meatballs and they are not--no garlic or parmesan cheese, but they sure are good with spaghetti. Also, they are good with barbeque sauce, Swedish meatballs, meatball soup, etc."

directions

  • Combine ingredients and shape into balls (I don't make them too big).
  • At this point you can brown them in a skillet over medium heat till done, OR you can put them on a cookie sheet and bake them in a 350 degree oven till done--this is what I do most of the time.
  • If you are going to freeze them or a portion of them, arrange them on a baking sheet and when frozen put them in a freeze bag and you will be able to take out what you want for whatever you want.
