Great Macaroni and Cheese

"Moist and creamy macaroni and cheese. This is the only recipe I make."

• Serves: 6-8

ingredients

• 7 ounces elbow macaroni
• 1 pint small curd cottage cheese
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 tablespoons dehydrated onion (or to taste)
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 1⁄2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

directions

1. Cook macaroni as directed.
2. Drain and add the next 6 ingredients and 8oz of cheddar cheese.
3. Mix well and put in casserole dish that has been sprayed with pam.
4. Sprinkle top with 1/2 shredded cheddar cheese.
5. Bake uncovered at 325 for 45 minute.
